Evaluation

The Foundation uses a set of outcome indicators to measure the performance of its social investor’s capital:

  • Academic performance;

  • School dropouts;

  • Rural exodus of young people;

  • Relationship between community and school;

  • Application of innovative teaching methodologies;

  • Writing and reading comprehension among children and youth;

  • Social entrepreneurship among young people;

  • College enrollment;

  • Young people’s access to the job market;

  • Children, adolescents and young people’s access to social services;

  • Young people’s participation in mobilizing and organizing their communities and social programs for local development;

  • More educational spaces in the city and/or community;

  • Young people’s participation in influencing public policy.

Supported programs are planned and evaluated according to the parameters of the above indicators. In addition, the Foundation evaluates total results by also analyzing its grantee’s performance management indicators.
